Introduction to Sheng Qi

Sheng Qi, a native of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, was born in April 1934. Tianjin 42 middle school physical education teacher, 1985 retired early due to illness. After taking part in some commercial activities, Sheng Qi still felt that it didn't accord with his ambition, so he quit all commercial activities and went home to study his favorite sports theory.

1992, Mr. and Mrs. Sheng Qi immigrated to Singapore with their two daughters, but they only lived there for 28 days, and he couldn't stay any longer. He resolutely decided to give up the comfortable life there and go back to China to continue studying sports theory and Chinese mahjong. He was hired as the chairman (later director) of the Chinese Mahjong Federation registered by China "Queyou" and devoted himself to the reform of mahjong in the motherland.
