The subsidy target is the pregnant women with agricultural household registration in Hanzhong city who are hospitalized in the designated midwifery institution 147 identified by the subsidy project. Rural pregnant women set up a "Handbook of Maternal System Management" in the township health center where their household registration is located, and receive a hospital delivery card for free. When giving birth in hospital, those who participate in the new rural cooperative medical system with a free hospital delivery card and a "combined treatment certificate" can choose their own midwifery institutions to give birth in hospital in 147 designated midwifery institutions.

■ Subsidy standard

Single disease: "Vaginal delivery" is delivered in a first-class hospital, and the expenses are all in 550 yuan; For students in secondary hospitals, the expenses shall be paid in 850 yuan; It costs 1000 yuan to give birth to a child in a tertiary hospital. The cost of cesarean section in secondary hospital is 2500 yuan; In a tertiary hospital, the cost is 3000 yuan.

Non-single disease: for critical pregnant women (such as obstetric hemorrhage, pregnancy-induced hypertension, pregnancy complicated with heart disease, amniotic fluid embolism, etc. ) or complicated with other serious obstetric complications, the counties and districts shall first reimburse the new rural cooperative medical system according to the "non-single" reimbursement policy, and the rest shall be reimbursed by the "maternity subsidy project" according to the regulations. If it exceeds 2000 yuan, only 2000 yuan will be reimbursed, and the rest will be taken care of by the woman.
