Well, as a person who has spent four years in Japan and four years in the United States, I must say that if you choose the United States, try not to go back to China until you get a green card. Even if you have a green card, you have to work for two or three years and then go back to China to go to a big foreign-funded enterprise. Of course, it is a foreign-funded enterprise in the United States (because the corporate culture of other countries is different). If you go to Japan, you should learn the management methods of their company, and of course you should have work experience, and then go back to China. It is easier to develop in China than in Japan.
