5. ▲ Enterprise refers to an enterprise registered by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in our province with independent legal personality;
▲ Business units refer to branches registered and invested by enterprises as legal persons in the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of our province, resident representative offices of foreign enterprises, branches or resident representative offices established by Hong Kong or Macao enterprises in the Mainland according to law;
▲ Individual industrial and commercial households refer to individual industrial and commercial households registered in the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of our province;
▲ Enterprises, business units or individual industrial and commercial households must have passed the annual inspection of their registration authorities when applying for business endorsement, that is, within the validity period of the registration certificate.
2. How to go through the formalities of going to Hong Kong and Macao to engage in business activities?
1. Submit and fill in a complete application form;
2. Submit the original ID card, residence booklet or temporary residence permit for more than one year and submit a copy;
3. Submit a copy of the business license or the original registration certificate of the enterprise, business unit or individual industrial and commercial household where the applicant is located and submit a copy. If you apply for multiple business endorsements for one year or three years, you must also submit a copy of the tax payment or foreign exchange earning certificate of the enterprise or company in our province in the previous year or in the past 12 months from the date of application, and submit the original;
4. A dispatch certificate issued by the legal representative of the enterprise or the person in charge of the institution or its authorized personnel department to send the applicant to Hong Kong or Macao for business activities.
If the legal representative of the enterprise or the person in charge of the business unit or the head of the individual industrial and commercial household applies, the dispatch certificate may not be submitted, but the opinions of the competent unit or the police station shall be submitted.
