Ningde Nuclear Power Plant in Fujian is one of the nuclear power plants with the highest degree of autonomy and localization in China. Among them, the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, Fujian Provincial Party Committee and provincial government attached great importance to and strongly supported the development of Ningde, which condensed the joint efforts of all levels of teams, departments and cadres and the masses in the city and fully reflected the strategic vision of the decision-making level of the owner.
