How Ningxia builds Yellow River culture

The Yellow River is the mother river of the Chinese nation, and the Yellow River culture is the dominant culture of the Chinese nation. "The Yellow River enriches Ningxia, and the Yellow River culture merges with Ningxia." Therefore, the construction of Yellow River culture is not only a matter of Ningxia, but also a major event of national cultural construction. The highlight of the national Yellow River culture is in Ningxia. We should promote the Yellow River culture to the whole country and the world. The Qingtongxia Yellow River Tower will become a famous historical building like the Yellow Crane Tower, Stork Tower, Tengwang Pavilion and other buildings. The name should not be called by its first name, but should be subtle, poetic, related to famous poems, and improve cultural taste. For example, if "Yellow Crane Tower" is called "Yangtze River Tower", it will not be as good as "Yellow Crane Tower". The Tang Dynasty poet Cui Hao's "Yellow Crane Tower" has been recited through the ages, making the Yellow Crane Tower a well-known building.
