First of all, visa applicants must submit their applications in person at the visa office.

Second, please don't ask about the application during the processing. Just wait for the approval result.

Marriage immigration and Germany are roughly the same process. But after a process, German embassies and consulates are very willing to be beautiful when they grow up, which is of course based on the applicant's real desire to get married.

Third, the time and cost of visa application.

The visa application must be submitted by me on Monday 13: 30. No appointment is required for the submission time. The visa fee is 50 marks each (25 marks for minors) and is paid in RMB.

Note: Except visa fees, all official activities, application forms, visa application instructions and visa office appointments are free.

Once your application is decided, our embassy will mail your passport to you at the address you left. Please don't ask.

Four. visa-granting office

The Federal Republic of Germany and People's Republic of China (PRC) have established four representative offices with fixed jurisdiction in visa matters:

1. Residents or permanent residents of Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai can only apply for visas at the German Consulate General in Shanghai.

2. Residents or permanent residents of Fujian, Guangdong, Hainan and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region can only apply for visas at the German Consulate General in Guangzhou.

3. Hong Kong and Macao residents or permanent residents can only apply for visas at the German Consulate General in Hong Kong.

4. The German Embassy in Beijing is responsible for the visa affairs of residents in other parts of China.

V. Naturalization requirements

Foreigners entering Germany must meet the following conditions

1. Have a residence permit to live and live in the Federal Republic of Germany.

He has lived in the Federal Republic of Germany for at least 8 years.

3. The source of life of the Federal Republic of Germany does not depend on social relief and unemployment benefits.

4. Have sufficient German level.

5. No criminal record.

6. Have a residence in Germany.

Rules for children born in Germany

Foreign children born in Germany automatically become German citizens from the date of birth, provided that

1. One of the parents of the newborn has lived in the Federal Republic of Germany for at least 8 years.

2. One of the father or mother of the newborn has a permanent residence permit in Germany and has a long-term residence permit in Germany for at least 3 years.

Despite this new rule of automatic acquisition of German citizenship, the new naturalization law is very logical. For example, I was born in Germany, but I don't want to become a German automatically. I will continue my parents' original nationality. You can't force me to become a German.

The new naturalization law has added supplementary provisions.

A newborn child has dual nationality when he is a minor. When a child comes of age, he/she chooses his/her nationality between 65-438+08 and 23 years old. After choosing one, you must quit the other and no longer have dual nationality.
