In order to speed up the pace of urbanization construction of Qianjiang Century City, strengthen the leadership of resettlement work, protect the legitimate rights and interests of immigrants, and ensure the smooth development and construction of Century City, these measures are formulated according to the current policies of land acquisition, demolition and urban-rural collective land integration in the region and the actual situation of Ningwei Town. ?
Compensation for land acquisition? Land compensation?

In order to standardize the land expropriation behavior, strengthen the land expropriation management, and unify the land expropriation in the 21st century urban construction, the land expropriation compensation area and the comprehensive price standard of resettlement funds promulgated by District [2003] No.23, the implementation measures of collective land expropriation in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou, and Private Development [2003] No.55 shall be implemented.
No matter the nature of the project, the land requisition for urban construction and development in the 21st century will be subject to the regional comprehensive price compensation standard. Compensation funds shall be uniformly collected by the village in the paid use area of village-level demolition land.
Village-level compensation funds, including 40% of land compensation fees, lump-sum compensation fees for young crops and attachments on the ground, and land acquisition should pay all village fees. The lump sum fee for ground attachments includes all ground attachments seedling migration, compensation for aquaculture water surface, compensation for farmland facilities, coordination of third-line migration below villages and towns, compensation for supporting projects and land acquisition fees.
