Canadian citizens and permanent residents can apply for spouses and children to reunite in Canada. If the spouse and children are already in Canada, they can apply for permanent residence in Canada; Spouses and children who live in their original places of residence overseas need to apply for immigrant visas overseas.

Immigration requirements

1. Guarantor requirements: 18 years old, Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

2. Processing cycle: spouse/child, 6-9 months.

3. Guarantor's spouse and children: proof of guarantor's family income is not required.

4. Guarantee period: you can enjoy free medical care during the guarantee period, but you can't apply for various government relief funds. Spouse guarantee for 3 years.

Children: If they are under 22 years old, 10 years old or 25 years old. If over 22 years old, 3 years.
