At present, there are several ways to invest in immigrants in the United States. As far as our company is concerned, what we are currently doing are traditional EB5 (independent application project, non-regional center), L 1 corporate executive immigration (applying for immigration after starting a business in the United States for one year) and EB 1C (directly acquiring American enterprises and directly obtaining green cards).

Among them, EB5 first obtained a two-year conditional green card, and then changed to an unconditional green card. The total time from processing to obtaining an unconditional green card is about 43 months.

The L 1 program begins with a living L 1A visa, and children can receive local education in the United States. After getting L 1A, American companies will get an unconditional green card after one year of operation, and the total time from processing to getting a green card is about 30-50 months.

EB 1C requires that you must have a parent company in China, and then acquire a company that has been established in the United States for more than three years before you can get a green card. It takes 12- 18 months to get the green card.
