Step 3: Visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/apply_online.a again.

A) this PDF form needs to be filled out in ADOBE. When you are finished, click the Validate button at the bottom of the table to validate the table. After successful entry into force, a barcode will be generated at the bottom of the form. Save the PDF document generated by this barcode to the hard disk (no need to print), and then upload it to MyCIC (no need to sign). Other documents are similar.
This form needs everyone to fill in. The application information of family members also needs to provide the same documents separately;
2) Electronic scanned marriage certificate (if family members go together);
3) The scanned electronic version of the passport home page and all entry/exit/visa record pages on it (in the electronic document).

Then scan it into an electronic file): in the form, the name of the main applicant is indicated in the 1 part as the family agent form, the names and birthdays of other members who went with them are listed in the second part, and the names of each member are also listed in the third part (if it is not an online sign, the signature of each other member is required here. Because it is an online sign, just list the corresponding name again, without manual signature. The fourth part of the form is the confirmation of the main applicant.

3. Only after all the above documents have been uploaded will "Next Page" appear in the lower right corner of the webpage. Click Continue, and the system will ask the applicant to sign electronically and pay the visa fee by credit card.
A) With regard to electronic signature: all places where the applicant's signature is required on the application form should be left blank. Because it is an online application, the signature link is only carried out on the computer where the payment is completed. Step 4: Submit the original passport to the nearest visa service center and pay the courier fee.
1. After the visa is submitted, you will receive several update emails (usually three emails, email confirming the submission, email confirming the receipt of the application, email confirming the approval, email requesting the submission of the passport). On the premise that the information you have prepared is complete, the first two notices can be ignored and only updated.
2. After the visa application is approved, it will take about 2-3 weeks (I have an American visa in my hand, which was submitted online on May 26th, and it will take about 3 weeks after I received the passport submission notice on June 12). The email of MyCIC account will receive an update message, informing you to submit your passport to the nearest Canadian visa service center VAC within 30 days (not the Canadian Embassy, don't go wrong! )
3. When submitting the original passport, you need to download, save and print the attached PDF file in the received email (click "New Message" on the latest information on the webpage, and the file link "Click here" will appear, which is the official notification document confirming that you can submit your passport), and bring it to VAC together with your passport.
