The roots of cypress trees are deep and leafy.

Bai, from Qingfeng Township, hometown of Zhao, was born in Ejingtang, Taihe County, Ji 'an, Jiangxi Province, and was descended from the Duke of Chu. Born in Renshen (1032) in the Northern Song Dynasty, it lasted for nearly a thousand years. After the 11th Bai Sengui moved to Baijiaping, Duhe Village, Fulidi Tangwan, Lingling County, Yongzhou District, Hunan Province.

In the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, Sichuan was in war for years, with ten rooms and nine empty rooms, fertile land and barren fields. The twenty-second generation of Fuchun's sons, Shitai, Shikui, Shichun and cousin Shikui, actively responded to Kangxi's letters encouraging immigrants and entered Sichuan together during Kangxi's reign.

Shitai, Shikui and Shi Chun settled in Maojiaxi Old House, Shaba Village, Zhao Jia Township, Daxian County. After three years in Sichuan, Shi Tai, Shi Kui, Shi Chun's brother and cousin Shi Kui missed their parents who were far away in Hunan, and returned to their ancestral home to take back their seriously ill parents Fa Chun and Zhu, Gui Chun and Hu respectively. The following year, Fa Chun and Zhu died one after another. Fa Chun was buried in Shabamiao Bay, and Zhu was buried in Gaoshikan. The descendants of Shitai, Shikui and Shi Chun have multiplied here for thirteen generations, with a population of more than 2,000. Shi Kui, son of Gui Chun, settled in Xiaojiapo. Later, he moved to Majia Xieshipan Dry Arch Bridge, Yuan Dao moved to Baijiaba, Yingshan Township, Daxian County, and moved his ancestral Guichun grave to Yingshan, leaving Hu's grave in Xiaojiapo.

Shitai, Shikui and Shi Chun live in the same place. Later, due to the large population, Shitai settled in Guanjiagou, Shi Kui settled in the Chaomenyuan of Shaba, and his third son, Shi Chun, loved singing and didn't want to stay in Sichuan and go back to his hometown in Hunan. Later, due to household registration, he was forced to re-enter Sichuan, bringing back family lions and musical instruments to settle in Xiaojiabang (Xiongjiawan). Shitai Shikui Shichun led the Bai descendants to raise funds to build a family temple on the dam at the southern end of Tashui Bridge to worship their ancestors, and then moved to Miaopo, named Nanxi Temple, which is still used by domestic lions. The descendants of the sixth generation of Shichun began to build the Baijia Ancestral Temple in Baijia Mountain. They will always worship their ancestors and make contributions to the future.
