English translation of immigrant's heart

The "floating old people" represent a group. They bring their children to the city and live with them, but they don't have the right to live there. As new immigrants in the city, the elderly are confused about the society and can't adapt to the new life well. With the acceleration of population aging and the increase of floating population, the number of elderly people has increased rapidly. How to ensure their quality of life, especially their mental health, under the strict household registration system is an urgent problem for the public and the government.

This study expounds the social integration of the elderly and the solutions to this problem. Besides the introduction, there are four parts. The first chapter analyzes the plight and social needs of the elderly through the empirical study of X community in Shenzhen. The second chapter, based on the perspective of comparative advantage, expounds the application measures of social work in practice and the whole process of the case. The third chapter evaluates and reflects on social work and summarizes experience. The fourth chapter puts forward its own views and suggestions on how to promote the adaptation of the elderly. This paper expounds that social work will help the elderly adapt to life and improve their ability to adapt to new life.
