Kepler-1649c is about 300 light years away, and it orbits a red dwarf star with the mass of Sun 1/4. It may also have an atmosphere, which receives about 75% of the light of the earth. Its equator and its vicinity are likely to have conditions such as temperature suitable for life. If these places have water resources, they should exist in the form of liquid water. The three main conditions for life on our planet are suitable temperature, liquid water and oxygen-containing atmosphere.
