Are IKEA full-time and part-time clothes the same?

Same. Part-time employees and full-time employees at IKEA are the same except for their salaries. They work five days a week, and they may work six days in the peak season when there are few people. Basically, they all get off work on time. Whether they work overtime depends on whether they have finished the work. If they don't finish, they will go home and do it. Part-time employees will also have five days paid annual leave, holiday shopping cards and movie tickets. Part-time job requirements of IKEA:

1, 18 years old.

2. Work for at least 6 months and be stable.

3. At least three days a week and at least one day on weekends (two days on weekends are also acceptable).

Students can provide internship certificates after working for three months.
