What are the government firefighters’ physical fitness assessment standards? 1000 push-ups and standing jumps to pass

Shenzhen full-time firefighter physical fitness test assessment standards:

Push-ups: 35/2 minutes is qualified, 45 is good, and above 55 is excellent.

Sit-ups: 35/2 minutes is qualified, 45 is good, and 55 or less is excellent.

3000-meter long-distance running: 15 minutes and 40 seconds is qualified, 13 minutes and 40 seconds is good, and less than 13 minutes is excellent.

Pull-ups: 10 is qualified, 15 is good, and 20 or more is excellent.

Nominally, each of the four events accounts for 25 points in the physical test. In fact, the 3,000-meter long-distance running is the key, and the other three are just a cloud. Except for the 3,000-meter, the other three are relatively unimportant and you can abstain.

I ran out of energy for about two kilometers of the 3,000-meter long-distance run and gave up because of severe abdominal pain. In the other three items, I did 89 push-ups, 73 sit-ups, and 17 pull-ups, and failed the physical test. But this is reasonable. Tenacity and perseverance are important for firefighters. Now that the physical test is too hard and they have given up, will they also retreat in fear of difficulties in the fire scene in the future?
