There is no recruitment mechanism at all. I am a graduate student of 2 1 1, and I apply for department clerk, with professional counterparts and practical experience. I didn't even get an interview.

To be fair, banks are of course divided into formal and dispatched. The salary is not bad, and the working environment is good. Just look at their office location.
