Because I have relevant work experience before, I would like to briefly introduce:

1, recruitment, work, treatment and promotion of ordinary oilers

Recruitment:

If you know someone, you can ask him to talk to the manager, usually just come directly for an interview.

Those who don't know can look at it on the recruitment platform, because the manager will ask the supervisor to post the recruitment information on various platforms. I'll call you first if you like. Telephone communication mainly depends on whether you can work hard or not.

The work at the gas station is really tiring and hard. If the pain is unbearable, both sides will run away after two days, which is a waste of time. The gas station is hiring people, which means it is understaffed. If you said your last job was because you were too tired, you wouldn't be asked to work in a gas station.

They all need to work in shifts. Three shifts a day is better, but two shifts a day are almost the same, and they all take turns. If you are too withdrawn, it is not conducive to the unity of employees, and the manager is not easy to manage. If you form a small group, it will give the manager a headache. In addition to managing your work, managers should also consider the mentality of employees. So if you say that you left your last job because of interpersonal relationship (having trouble with others), it is also a high probability.

Can bear hardships and get along with others, so come for an interview. If time permits, you can basically join the job on the same day. I will arrange dormitory and distribute work clothes for you.

Work (taking the gas station under our company as an example):

Two days before you start work, you will be taken away by an old employee. If the gas station manager is good, you will be assigned an administrative class at 9:00- 17:30 in the first week.

You can start.

There are three shifts a day, the morning shift is from 7:00- 15:00, the middle shift 15:00-23:00, and the evening shift is from 23: 00 to 7: 00. There are no weekends on Saturday.

Wear safety shoes and work clothes at work, don't lean on it, don't squat (I threw up directly when I refueled, and I don't know how I got through standing outdoors for 8 hours every day). Don't sleep at night, sit in a visible place, and the former president can't see anyone for a long time.

In short, all the rules that are not allowed will affect your salary. You can violate them. If you are caught, your salary will be deducted.

There will be a safety meeting once a week to conduct safety awareness training.

Treatment:

The basic salary of oil workers is very low, mainly depending on attendance, performance, oil and non-oil sales bonuses and service bonuses.

The basic wage is similar to the local minimum wage, about one or two thousand.

If you work overtime, you will be paid three times the salary during the holiday (if the basic salary is 2200, you will work overtime for 293 days).

Performance means that the manager gives you a score according to your performance this month, and different scores correspond to different bonuses.

The bonus of oil depends on the sales of the whole gas station. The higher the sales volume, the higher the oil bonus.

Non-oil bonus is the commodity sales bonus of gas station convenience store, which is also calculated by the whole gas station. For goods with higher profits, the service station manager will formulate some rewards. For example, if you sell a case of water to a customer, you will get a commission of 50 cents. This is the internal regulation of service stations, and each service station is different.

Service bonus, the company will visit the oil stations and score each oil station. The higher the score, the higher the bonus. Generally, if the staff on duty perform well and get high marks when they come to check, the manager will also give you the highest performance bonus.

Promotion:

It's a little difficult. All the supervisors I met have worked in oil stations for at least 6 years, and the longest is more than 10 years. You can get through it in time.

2. Training channels and rising space for colleges and universities to recruit gas station reserve cadres/management students.

First of all, it is not recommended for a major or even a graduate student to take this road, because the physical and psychological suffering is really painful if they can't learn professional things.

It takes almost a year to complete the positions of oiler, cashier, supervisor and manager in rotation.

Ps: Take turns as a manager, from nine to five, and don't go to work on weekends. At this time, please apply to the gas station manager or administrative supervisor for overtime. Overtime pay on weekends and holidays is 500+. When you become a formal manager, it will be difficult to earn overtime, which requires various approvals.

After the rotation, if there is an empty station (there is no station for gas station manager), you can go for an interview. If you pass, you will take over the station as a manager. If you fail, you will continue to take turns as a supervisor at the gas station.

After two years as a gas station manager, there will be some positions at the company headquarters open to colleagues at the gas station, but basically no professional positions are involved. Mostly assistants and account executives. The salary is 4k+, not including food and accommodation. There are no bonuses at gas stations, which are almost half lower. If it is in a first-tier city, it is limited to survival.

The gas station manager has worked for more than ten years. If you are short of a regional manager, you can go for an interview. None of my regional managers in the company has been a gas station manager for less than 10 years.

Regional managers are all middle-aged and old players aged 4 or 50.
