Because the OKR method was used in the work summary, arrangement and execution, the significance and value of the work were reconsidered, and the work was more motivated ~ The current work was sorted out and arranged clearly, and the work efficiency was improved a lot ~
OKR is the abbreviation of goal and key result, which means the meaning of goal and key result. It is a practical management by objectives method, which is widely adopted by many enterprises.
Simply put, "goal" stands for "what do you want to do" and "key result" stands for "how to do it", that is, what you need to do to achieve your goal, including the methods and steps.
For enterprises, the implementation of OKR is conducive to stimulating employees' enthusiasm, enhancing employees' creativity and better accomplishing enterprise goals;
For employees personally, the implementation of OKR is beneficial for employees to combine intrinsic motivation with company goals and enhance their work motivation and pleasure; It can make employees sort out their work objectives more clearly, make work plans, check work effects and improve work efficiency.
For ordinary employees, such as me, I can play the real role of OKR through the following points:
1, find the target
This goal should be in line with their own internal motivation, so as to find motivation from the root. You can explore what you really care about in your heart, combine this inner motivation with your work, and find your own work goals.
2. List the expected results
List the main types of work results you hope to achieve in your work. You can combine the work goals of companies, departments and individuals and break down several work results you want to achieve.
Step 3 break down tasks
Break down the specific items or steps you need to do to achieve the expected results, and constantly adjust and optimize them in actual implementation.
Personally, I can:

Human resources is a job that I have the ability to do well, and it is also a job that suits me at present.
At a shallow level, my present job can help me settle down, support myself and gain respect.
At a deeper level, at work, I will come into contact with many different people, and I can learn from others' working methods and exercise my ability to communicate with others. This is a place that can stimulate me to learn and experience the fun of learning.
At a deeper level, I can also understand my emotions, face myself and adjust myself at work, which is the cultivation of my personality.
And all of the above can lay a solid foundation for better becoming your own appearance, step by step.
This is my ultimate goal.
(2) Set work objectives:
Understand the goals of large departments through company courses, communicate with superiors to understand the goals of small departments and groups, and thus formulate the big goals of their own work.
The big goal of my present job is to be an executor who can complete the task well for the department. For users (company employees), it is excellent HR that can serve and cooperate with them.
(3) List the expected results:
Under the premise of the above-mentioned big goals, divide the work content into several major parts and write the expected work results. For me, I need to accomplish some achievements in internal recommendation, campus recruitment and employer brand building.
(4) Decompose tasks and optimize them.
According to the goal, formulate annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly tasks, summarize them on time, and measure the completion effect. Adjust and optimize according to the actual situation.
I have tasted the sweetness for the first time, and will continue to study and apply the OKR target management method as needed in the future, thinking, learning, implementing, reflecting and optimizing in practice.
