4. The majors studied by graduate applicants refer to their major majors, excluding second degree majors.

(2) Priority conditions

1. Those who graduated in 2018 should generally obtain their graduation certificate and degree certificate before July 31, 2018; graduates of foreign (overseas) institutions, 2017 Graduated after June 30, 2017, and obtained academic degree certification from the Ministry of Education after August 31, 2017.

2. Applicants are generally not older than the following: 25 years old for undergraduate students, 28 years old for master’s students, and 33 years old for doctoral students. The cut-off date for age calculation is June 30, 2018.

3. Graduates with majors that are urgently needed by employers and corresponding academic requirements
