According to reports, TISCO is a stainless steel enterprise with the largest production capacity and the most advanced technical equipment level in the world. A large amount of waste mixed acid will be produced in steel rolling production. At present, most of them are recycled and neutralized with lime, which will not only consume a lot of lime, but also produce a lot of sludge transportation and secondary landfill costs. This not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, but also does not meet the policy requirements of realizing circular economy proposed by the state.

The purchasing quantities of hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, lime and acid residue can be reduced by 15000 tons, 13000 tons, 26000 tons and 55000 tons respectively. At the same time, 7700 tons of metal oxides such as iron, nickel and chromium can be recovered, and the wastewater discharge is reduced by 2 million tons.
