Are the employees recruited through China Mobile’s campus recruitment a formal establishment?
Generally speaking, those recruited on campus will sign up as regular employees, but the process of becoming a regular employee is somewhat complicated and some are simple. Some depend on personal ability, and some depend on school.
As for the ABC classification, what I understand is roughly as follows:
The so-called A-class workers refer to regular employees who worked in mobile companies before 2003. Most of them are former People who were from the old Telecom when Telecom was separated also included people who had been formally recruited by provincial companies in various places. (Because it was the entrepreneurial period before 2003).
The so-called Category B workers refer to employees uniformly recruited by provincial companies after 2003. They enjoy the same treatment as Category A workers. After one year of temporary rank, they will be assigned to level 6 for undergraduates and level 7 for graduate students.
The so-called Category C workers refer to non-staff personnel recruited by various municipal branches based on business needs and approved by the provincial company, and sign a labor dispatch contract with a third party. Network maintenance generally requires two or more academic qualifications, and salespersons generally require a college degree or above. It also requires rigorous written examinations and interviews. General salespersons have 0-position graded remuneration, with 80% of 1st grade being implemented in the first year. Network maintenance employees are generally assigned 4-5 ranks, but they have to perform deferred ranks for several years, that is, 2-4 ranks (depending on different prefectural and municipal leaders) different ranks).
In addition, the treatment of mobile companies in each province is different! Prefectures and cities in the same province will also be divided into Category A, Category B, Category C and the smallest based on the number of users and operating performance. City (the levels of each province may be different), different levels of cities, even if you are all of the same rank, the treatment is different!
The salary curve of type C labor dispatch is different from that of A and B The employees are the same, but the starting rank is too low, resulting in generally low wages. There is not much difference in holiday expenses. The main differences are provident funds, year-end bonuses and various subsidies!
