1. Recruitment conditions

3. Majors in taxation, accounting, computer, law, secretarial, finance, foreign languages, etc.;

5. Aged above 18 years old and under 26 years old. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or above, and the age limit can be appropriately relaxed.

2. Recruitment positions and plans

Recruiting ***30 labor dispatch personnel who will engage in front-end window services in various tax service offices within the Qingdao local tax system. The municipal bureau will recruit them uniformly , uniformly distributed to each tax service office in the system.

3. Registration and qualification review

1. Open registration. Those who meet the qualifications must fill in the "Registration Form for Labor Dispatch Personnel of the Tax Service Department" and the "Integrity Letter for Labor Dispatch Personnel Application", and submit academic qualifications and degree certificates, as well as certification materials from the school graduates' employment authority and the school's academic affairs department. Proof of academic qualifications and two recent 1-inch bareheaded photos of the same background should be submitted to the designated location of Qingdao Local Taxation Bureau for unified registration. 4. Interview

Qingdao Local Taxation Bureau organizes interviews for candidates. 5. Inspection

6. Physical Examination

Each employer shall organize physical examinations for qualified candidates. 7. Recruitment

1. Public announcement. Those who pass the physical examination will be publicly announced by the municipal bureau, and the publicity period will be 7 working days.

2. Sign a contract. If the public announcement result does not affect the employment, each employer shall organize a labor dispatch unit to sign a labor contract with it (the contract period is 2 years) and establish the personnel relationship. The employed personnel shall be subject to a probation period system in accordance with regulations (the probation period shall not exceed 2 months). Those who are qualified upon expiration of the period shall be formally employed, and those who are unqualified shall be returned to the labor dispatch company and the labor dispatch agreement shall be terminated.

8. Wages

1. Basic salary

According to the relevant provisions of the "Labor Contract Law" on probation period wages, the probation period wage standard is 1,440 yuan. The current salary after expiration is 1,800 yuan per month.

2. Assessment bonus. The per capita standard is 500 yuan per month. Each employing unit will distribute the salary as appropriate according to the intensity of work and assessment results.

3. Wages and insurance payment

The employer pays wages to the labor dispatch unit, and then the labor dispatch unit pays the labor dispatch personnel. The insurance uses basic wages as the payment base, and the total amount that should be borne by the unit is calculated according to the proportion or amount specified by the labor and social security department, and is handed over to the labor dispatch unit to pay to the relevant department.

Based on the salary levels of equivalent personnel in the same industry and the national economic development, various wages and insurance benefits will be adjusted in a timely manner.

9. Others

This interview does not specify coaching books, and does not authorize or entrust any organization to hold interview coaching training courses.

The agreement management, daily management, wages, contract termination, funding sources, etc. of labor dispatch personnel shall be implemented in accordance with Qingdi Shuihan [2009] No. 115 and subsequent relevant regulations.
