Wuzhong belongs to temperate semi-arid climate, with cool Leng Xia in winter, dry and little rain, and the average annual precipitation is 207mm. However, due to the long history of irrigation and reclamation from the Yellow River and fertile land, Wuzhong is rich in agricultural products such as wheat, rice, corn and beans, and is one of the important commodity grain bases in Ningxia.
