There is also the Red Union in Beilun Xiaogang. Honglian Village of Beilun Xiaogang is located in the middle section of Xiaogang Street, Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It is located on the coast of the East China Sea, on the south bank of Yongjiangkou. It consists of seven natural villages. In March 2023, Honglian Village was recognized as a 20 19 demonstration village of good governance in Zhejiang Province by the Office of Zhejiang Rural Revitalization Leading Group.

Honglian Village in Beilun Xiaogang has successively won the honorary titles of municipal health village, district-level democratic demonstration village, municipal democratic obligation demonstration village and district-level civilized village.
