Job description:

1. Excavate and introduce international OEM); Automobile parts; Coordinate and promote the division of labor and cooperation of the project team; Implement and manage business processes and customer service during the project cycle; Establish and maintain good cooperative relations with automobile original equipment manufacturers; To preside over and guide the international multilateral cooperation of R&D, assembly and OEM enterprises in the industrial chain; Stabilize business growth; Stabilize the international supply chain of OEM products. Specifically responsible for the sales and operation of injection molding, electroplating exterior decoration and metal stamping products.

2. As the designated OEM project leader, fully coordinate the work of the project team, coordinate the cooperation of R&D, manufacturing, quality, logistics and other departments, and cooperate with the customer team to effectively promote the steady development of each project from concept, quotation, acquisition, development, debugging, mass production, post-production to closing, and service and interaction in subsequent stages.

● Maintain customers of major automobile OEMs, establish good cooperative relations with them, respond to customer needs in time, handle and feedback in time, provide reliable consultation, service and solutions for customers, and improve customer satisfaction.

● Develop new customers and new projects; Cooperate with global sales team to share market information; Cooperate with the project engineering team to determine the technical requirements of the inquiry products and evaluate the technical ability and residual ability of the enterprise; Communicate closely with the customer team to fully understand the technical requirements, service requirements, delivery requirements, application environment and demand background of the required products; Understand the products, prices and services of competitors, improve competitiveness by optimizing management, improving services and controlling costs, and ensure the acquisition of new business and the realization of operating income.

● Implement project sales, take the lead in budget, quotation, negotiation, credit evaluation, contract review and risk control, establish communication channels with customers on business matters, and ensure the timeliness of accounts receivable, the stability of cash flow and the realization of profit targets.

● Implement project management, and establish records and files for each project that runs through the whole product life cycle from startup to shutdown, so as to provide sufficient basis for evaluation, review, experience learning and decision-making.
