With the consent of Guang 'an Municipal Committee and Guang 'an Municipal People's Government, it is decided to continue to introduce a group of high-level talents to work in Guang 'an in order to promote the strategy of "strengthening the city with talents", effectively solve the shortage of talents for industrial development and major project construction, and provide talent support and intellectual guarantee for the promotion of "Three Innovations" in our city. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, introduce the object and scope
College graduates, returned overseas students, party and government organs at all levels outside Guang 'an, and staff of enterprises and institutions can apply.
Second, the registration qualification
1, has the nationality of China people, supports the leadership of China * * * production party and loves socialism; Having the professional level and working ability that meet the post requirements; Law-abiding and well-behaved; Good health. The minimum service life of imported talents in Guang 'an is not less than 5 years.
2. Meet one of the following basic conditions:
(1) Full-time graduate students in ordinary colleges and universities have obtained a master's degree, and the age is not more than 30 years old; Those who have obtained a doctorate are under 40 years of age;
(2) Returned overseas students must have a master's degree or above recognized by the Ministry of Education, and the age is no more than 40 years old.
The calculation time of age and degree certificate is July 3 1 1 day (before July 3 1 1 day, candidates must provide the original diploma and degree certificate). For the introduction of talents in districts, cities and counties, the age definition can be relaxed appropriately.

Third, the introduction method
This talent introduction work is conducted by direct assessment (mainly interview), which mainly examines the comprehensive ability and professional ability of candidates. Among them, the assessment of imported personnel of municipal government agencies and institutions is organized and implemented by Guang 'an City Office for Introducing Talents in Urgent Need and Shortage, and the assessment of imported personnel of district (city/county) government agencies and institutions is organized and implemented by all districts, cities and counties according to unified requirements, and the introduction of enterprise talents is independently implemented by enterprises.
Fourth, introduce the procedure.
(1) Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration time: from now until 65438+February 15.
2. Registration method: Candidates who apply for municipal institutions can also apply for qualified positions in districts, cities and counties.
(1) For on-site registration, submit the registration form (with electronic documents attached) and bring my ID card, degree certificate, diploma, four recent photos 1 inch bareheaded and other copies of the above materials 1 copy. If the fresh graduates are temporarily unable to provide degree certificates and graduation certificates, they should provide corresponding certificates from the school.
(2) For online registration, please scan the completed registration form (1 inch bareheaded recent photo on the form) and send it to the corresponding mailbox in the form of electronic document. Provide the original relevant materials (my ID card, degree certificate, graduation certificate or school certification materials) at the time of qualification review. 3. Qualification examination: On-site applicants can obtain qualification by registering; Online registration, after passing the preliminary examination, according to the notice, the original materials will be submitted to the designated place one day before the interview for qualification review. The materials provided by candidates must be true and effective. If you find that you conceal facts or provide false information, once verified, you will be disqualified from employment, and you will be informed of the candidate's original unit or school, and all the losses caused by this will be borne by me.
(2) Interview, inspection and physical examination
After the applicants have passed the qualification examination, they will participate in the interview, be selected on the basis of merit, and be introduced after inspection and physical examination. (3) Go through the import formalities.
According to the interview and investigation, Guang 'an City's office for introducing talents in urgent need and shortage and all districts, cities and counties will go through the examination and approval and introduction procedures. Sign an employment agreement for the introduction of talents and implement a six-month probation period. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination shall enjoy the relevant policy treatment according to the regulations; If the examination fails, the employment qualification will be cancelled. After signing the employment agreement, the imported talents who resign for non-special reasons shall bear certain liabilities for breach of contract.
