Why can't a 58-year-old Tsinghua graduate find a job?

Today, a news item "Young and old people find it difficult to find a job: 58-year-old Tsinghua can't find a job with more than 5,000 yuan after graduation" appeared in a hot search, and the topic of employment for the elderly group once again triggered a hot discussion. Last August, China Senior Talent Network for the recruitment of the elderly was officially launched. However, some elderly people with high academic qualifications reported that job hunting on this platform was very limited.

Dunant University Data Research Institute combed all 80 recruitment positions on the website, and found that nearly 30% of the positions did not require academic qualifications, and nearly 20% of the positions required a bachelor's degree, but the positions for recruiting masters and doctors were 0.
