Nine persons responsible for the fire, including Liu Xiangbiao (Marketing Manager of Yiwu Mall), Wen (Deputy Manager of Cinema Promotion Department), Lu Juxiang (Clerk of Contract Department of Yiwu Mall), Zeng Zijian (Clerk of Contract Department of Yiwu Mall), (Assistant to General Manager of Yiwu Company), Fu Anxin (Merchant), Zhong Wenfeng, Liu Jingfeng and so on, have been under the control of public security organs.
