Shanghai Delong and Xingtai Delong have the following differences:

1. Shanghai Delong is a state-level enterprise technology center with advanced technology and equipment, and its profit per ton of steel is at the leading level in the industry. In contrast, Xingtai Delong is a private steel joint venture with relatively weak technical strength.

2. Shanghai Delong is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delong Holdings Limited, which was listed on Singapore Stock Exchange in 2005. Xingtai Delong Iron and Steel Industry Co., Ltd. was registered and established in 2002, mainly producing private steel products.
