Shengli Oilfield is the second largest oilfield in China, and it is a very large state-owned enterprise. After more than 50 years of exploration and development, it has become an important petroleum industrial base in eastern China. Up to now, 78 oil and gas fields have been discovered in Shengli Oilfield, with proven petroleum geological reserves of 5.06 billion tons and accumulated crude oil production of more than 654.38 billion tons, which has made great contributions to China's national economic construction and the development of petroleum and petrochemical industry.

After more than 50 years of exploration and practice, Shengli Oilfield has now formed a team of professional and technical personnel, including nearly 60,000 academicians of the Academy of Engineering, government special stickers and provincial and ministerial experts. Innovatively developed many advanced exploration and development theories, technologies and processes. Represented by the national special prize for scientific and technological progress-the theory of compound oil and gas accumulation area, the oilfield has successively won 1 10 scientific and technological awards and 12 * * awards since 2000. During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, we achieved10.6 million items of innovation and awarded 969 national patents, which formed ten supporting technologies with victory characteristics and became a banner of China's petroleum science and technology innovation and development.

Shengli oilfield postdoctoral research center was established in September 1998, and was qualified to recruit postdoctoral researchers independently at the end of 2002. Since the establishment of Shengli Oilfield 10 years ago, we have adhered to the concept of "gathering talents to start a business, promoting each other and developing together" and built a postdoctoral cultural atmosphere of "choosing victory and heading for victory". It has formed a management model with the characteristics of Shengli Oilfield in terms of personnel recruitment, environmental construction and postdoctoral role. At present, Shengli Oilfield has recruited postdoctoral 195 people, and 147 people have left the station (63 of them stayed in the oilfield after leaving the station), and 45 people are currently at the station. The experience and practice of the Postdoctoral Research Center in Shengli Oilfield have been valued and affirmed by the leaders of China, Shandong Province and China Petrochemical Company, and won the title of "National Excellent Postdoctoral Research Center" twice in 2005 and 20 10.

First, the postdoctoral recruitment conditions

1. Persons who have obtained doctoral degrees at home and abroad, are excellent in character and scholarship, are in good health, are under 40 years old, and can concentrate on postdoctoral research at this site.

2. Those who have left the station meet the above conditions and intend to continue to serve as postdoctoral fellows at the second station.

3. Fresh doctoral graduates.

Second, the professional scope

The professional scope of recruitment mainly includes: oil and gas geology, geophysics and exploration, petroleum engineering, marine engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing, etc. , focusing on the introduction of postdoctoral professionals related to shale oil and gas exploration and development.

III. Recruitment Procedures and Methods

1. Registration: Anyone who meets the recruitment requirements and professional requirements and is willing to engage in postdoctoral research can register. The following materials shall be submitted at the time of registration:

(1) postdoctoral application form (which can be downloaded and filled in from the postdoctoral website of Shengli Oilfield);

(2) The name, direction and thinking of the subject to be studied (3,000-5,000 words);

(3) a copy of the doctor's degree certificate or a certificate that the doctoral thesis has passed the defense;

(4) Doctoral thesis or first draft of thesis, and two representative works of academic research;

(5) Post-doctoral researchers who have resigned from other Post-Doctoral Research Center (workstations) shall provide relevant certification materials;

(6) Copy of ID card, marriage certificate, one-child certificate and household registration book (card);

(7) Two recent 2-inch bareheaded photos of individuals;

The above application materials will not be returned.

2. Qualification examination: Our station will conduct qualification examination on the applicant and feed back the examination results to the applicant in time.

3. Interview: interview those who have passed the qualification examination and inform the interviewer of the interview results in time.

4. Subject combination: according to the wishes and professional characteristics of qualified interviewees, the subject combination of the corresponding professional unit of our station will be introduced, and those who meet the corresponding conditions will be selected as candidates for the station and set up research topics.

5. Opening the topic: on the basis of full investigation, prepare the opening report and conduct the opening demonstration as required.

6. Officially entering the station: after the topic is opened, according to the national regulations, formally go through the formalities of entering the station, sign a work agreement, and implement the postdoctoral treatment.
