What does bank targeted recruitment mean?

Bank-oriented recruitment refers to the recruitment activities in which the bank specifies the specific direction or purpose in advance.

There are three forms of targeted recruitment:

① Work orientation

② Conditional orientation

(3) Work orientation and condition orientation.

Candidates first select the position they are applying for, then submit resumes, written tests, interviews, physical examinations and sign contracts. After the position is set, it cannot be rotated during the contract period.

Directional contracts are usually 3 or 5 years, and directional tellers of Agricultural Bank are 8 years.
