Hefei Line 3 starts from Fangxing Avenue Station and ends at Xiangcheng Road Station, with a total length of 37.2 kilometers. The northern end of the line is laid overhead, with a length of 4.23 kilometers, and the rest are underground lines with a length of 32.97 kilometers. The route passes through Feixi County, Hefei Economic Development Zone, Government Affairs New District, Shushan District, Luyang District, Yaohai District and Xinzhan District, and it is a southwest-northeast route.

The first bus from Xiangcheng Road to Xingfuba leaves Hefei Railway Station, Qinlaocun Station and Xiangcheng Road Station at the same time.

The last bus leaves from Xingfuba Station and Xiangcheng Road. The first and last buses are from Monday to Thursday at 06: 00 and 23: 23, and from Friday to Sunday at 06: 00 and 23: 33.
