I. Application conditions

(A) the basic conditions required by the candidate

Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Registration and online qualification examination (only online registration is accepted).

(2) Examination and on-site qualification examination

1. Examination: According to the professional position and the candidates taking part in the competition, a comprehensive evaluation is conducted by written examination and interview.

2. On-site qualification examination: After the written examination, on-site qualification examination will be conducted for those who intend to enter the interview.

3. Enter the interview after passing the on-site qualification examination.

(3) Background investigation

Conduct background investigation on qualified personnel, focusing on the authenticity of their academic qualifications and related materials, as well as their performance in morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty.

(4) Physical examination

Arrange physical examination for qualified personnel in background investigation.

(5) Publicity

According to the written test, interview, background investigation and physical examination results, the personnel to be hired are determined and publicized for five working days.

(6) Employment

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled. Hire personnel to sign labor contracts with platform companies affiliated to Jiangbei New District; If no problems affecting employment are found, the hired personnel will be given a 2-month probation period. After the probation period, those who meet the current conditions after examination will be formally employed. Those who fail to pass the examination during the probation period will be dismissed.
