Headhunting companies do not charge personal headhunting service fees, and enterprises have three ways.

1) There is also advance payment: after signing the contract, pay an advance payment as the cost of early search and communication to encourage more professional headhunters to actively recommend it. Generally, the advance payment ranges from 1 to 30,000, and is paid in one lump sum.

2) Charge according to the results: the first payment is usually 70%-50% of the total headhunting fee of the position after the candidate joins the job, and the last payment is paid after the guarantee period.

3) If payment is made by service node, it is recommended to pay 25% before resume interview, 25% after interview, 25% after employment and 25% after guarantee period. The specific proportion can be determined through consultation.
