1. Implement employment policy implementation actions.

Focus on the implementation of various social insurance subsidy policies, promote the "direct subsidy and quick application" model, and encourage market entities to absorb more jobs. Employers in need can apply for relevant social insurance subsidies through the "Legal Person Services" - "Employer's Social Security Subsidy (Absorption of Employment Subsidy)" module on the official website of the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

2. Implement the action of stabilizing and expanding posts in public service departments.
