Do Jiangsu substitute teachers have any new policies?

At present, there is no new substitute teacher policy in Jiangsu, so we can refer to Guangdong.

There are new regulations on the qualifications of primary and secondary school teachers in underdeveloped areas of Guangdong this year.

The Guangdong Provincial Department of Education has issued relevant notices. This year, our province has the following regulations on the identification of substitute teachers in primary and secondary schools in economically underdeveloped areas (including Shantou, Shaoguan, Zhanjiang, Zhaoqing, Maoming, Huizhou, Meizhou, Shanwei, Heyuan, Yangjiang, Qingyuan, Chaozhou, Jieyang and Yunfu, and Jiangmen enping city): During this summer vacation, we will participate in substitute classes organized and implemented by South China Normal University, municipal and county education administrative departments and teacher training schools. Those who have passed the examination and obtained the training certificate issued by South China Normal University may be exempted from the courses of pedagogy and educational psychology at the corresponding level when applying for the corresponding teacher qualification certificate. Substitute teachers who apply for teacher qualification accreditation may be entrusted by local teacher qualification accreditation bodies to organize the evaluation of substitute teachers' educational and teaching ability, but all accreditation bodies should strengthen guidance and supervision and may not charge evaluation fees to substitute teachers.
