Decision of Hangzhou Municipal People's Government on Cancelling Some Administrative Examination and Approval Items

In order to further promote administration according to law, transform government functions, strengthen service awareness, improve work efficiency, and meet the requirements of China's accession to the WTO, on the basis of the first round of examination and approval reform, the executive meeting of the municipal government decided to cancel 142 administrative examination and approval items and19 administrative examination and approval items of various departments and directly affiliated units of the municipal government.

This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
