I. Registration conditions

1, college degree or above;

2. Working in an auction enterprise for more than two years;

4. Pass the qualification training examination for auction practitioners entrusted by the former Ministry of Internal Trade, the Bureau of Internal Trade, the China Auction Industry Association or the China Auction Association, and obtain the Qualification Certificate for Auction Practitioners 1 year or more at the time of registration;

Those who have been dismissed from public office or whose auctioneer qualification certificate has been revoked for less than five years, or who have been subjected to criminal punishment for intentional crimes, may not register.

Second, the registration method and the information to be provided

1. Register with the local auction industry association by letter, and the local auction industry association will submit it to China Auction Association after preliminary summary; Provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) that have not established auction industry associations can directly register with the training department of China Auction Association.

2. Registration requires the submission of the original registration form of the auctioneer qualification examination and a copy of the academic certificate. China Auction Association and auction industry associations in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) do not accept faxes. The working time certificate and the number of the qualification certificate of auction practitioners should be indicated in the registration form and will not be submitted separately.

3. After the registration deadline, the China Film Association will review the registration materials, notify the auction industry associations of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) of the list of people who meet the registration conditions, and publicize it to the public through the Internet. One week after the announcement, the Chinese Film Association will send the examination notice according to the address in the registration form. The person who received the notice should bring the original academic certificate, the original qualification certificate and five photos and other related materials to the designated place at the specified time as required.

Practicing fraud in the application materials, altering the qualification certificates and academic certificates of employees, and issuing false certificates, etc. China Auction Association will hold auction enterprises and local auction industry associations accountable. If the circumstances are serious, the punished enterprise shall not send personnel to apply for auctioneer within one year, and the local auction industry association will also investigate the responsibility in an appropriate way.

Those who pass the four exams will get the Qualification Certificate of China Auctioneer stamped by Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Personnel and China Auction Industry Association.

Make-up exams remain unchanged, the scores of qualified subjects are retained for 2 years, and the make-up exams are allowed for 2 times within two years of unqualified subjects.
