What does Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone do?

On September 7th, 20 13, Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone was approved by the State Council and became the largest comprehensive bonded zone in Hunan Province. As the 32nd comprehensive bonded zone approved for establishment, Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone Building is located in Xiangtan National Economic and Technological Development Zone, east to Changtan West Expressway, north to Shatang Road, west to Xiangshui Avenue and south to Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway. Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone is referred to as Xiangtan Comprehensive Insurance Zone for short, with a total investment budget of 3.679 billion yuan and a planned total area of 3. 12 square kilometers: the land for the first phase is about10.62 square kilometers (2,430 mu), and the land for the second phase is about10.5 square kilometers (2,250 mu).
