Go to the internet cafe, click on the homepage, there is an advertisement for a lawyer, the one wearing a suit and tie. Click in, you have the choice of application, and then wait for the lawyer's office to call you. When you answer the phone, you can buy formal clothes, leather shoes, no hats and no eyes. You can enter the lawyer's building When you get in, ask the front desk to take you to see a lawyer. You can wait for him to talk, or you can just stand up and shoot him. It's all KO anyway. Kill him, take the papers from his desk, and run away from the police.

After the interviewer goes in for an interview, he stands up and points a gun at him. He will surrender, say a few words to you, then pick up the document. The system will prompt you to kill the interviewer, then kill him with a knife, then put the gun away and go out without the police or guards noticing.
