With at least two years of practical experience, they can go to Zhonglian, Sinoma, Shanshui, Conch and other big factories to study and exercise, and slowly jump higher and higher. If you go to a commercial mixing station, the growth cycle will be shorter. Now commercial mixing is gradually promoted, and the market prospect is great. You mainly learn ingredients in the mixing station. If you do well, you can get up in two or three years. The grinding station is equivalent to the clinker grinding workshop of the cement plant.
