Liaoyang Vocational and Technical College, founded in 1949, is located in Liaoyang, a historic city in northern Liaoning. It is a state-owned public full-time ordinary college approved by the Liaoning provincial government and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is also one of the construction units of demonstration higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province.
