How to open Dongcheng Toolbox?

Dongcheng Toolbox can be opened as follows:

1, the way to open the toolbox is in the Starttoolbox in the lower left corner.

2. Create a new electronic bidding document and open the electronic bidding toolbox.

3. Switch to the new electronic tender tab, fill in the project name, select the tender template, and click the New Project button.
