Gongxing Street, Shuangliu County

In February this year, according to the provincial government’s approval, the Chengdu Municipal Government agreed to Shuangliu County’s abolition of Gongxing Town and the establishment of a Gongxing Subdistrict Office. The jurisdiction is the area under the original jurisdiction of Gongxing Town. It is located at No. 41, Government Street, Gongxingchang Community.

Gongxing is the core area of ??Shuangliu County’s “New Modern Industrial City” and an important part of the industrial concentration area of ??Xihang Port Development Zone. It is also an important transportation hub and material distribution center in the central and southern part of Shuangliu County. It is 16 kilometers and a 10-minute drive from Chengdu City in the south, a 10-minute drive from the new office area of ??the Chengdu Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, 13 kilometers and a 10-minute drive from Shuangliu County in the north, 13 kilometers and a 10-minute drive from Shuangliu Airport, and Huayang Town, the sub-center of Chengdu, in the southeast. 6 kilometers and 5 minutes’ drive, it is located in the golden triangle of Chengdu urban area, Southwest Airport, and Huayang City Sub-center. Huayang Town was renamed Huayang Sub-district. Nowadays, Gongxing Town has been changed into Gongxing Street. It can be seen that after the economic development of the township is on track, the town is removed to form an independent area for street management, which is more targeted. Therefore, Gongxing and Huayang have no affiliation.
