Xiling printing press, founded in 1904, is the earliest famous printing press in China, and is known as "the first printing press in the world".

Xiling Printing Factory was founded in the 30th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1904). It was founded by Zhejiang seal engravers Ding Fuzhi, Wang Fuan, Wu Yin and Ye Weiming, with Wu Changshuo as the first president. With the aim of "preserving epigraphy and studying printing".
