The policy for foreigners to buy a house and settle down in Gu 'an is that people who are not registered in Gu 'an need to pay social security and tax payment certificates for three years, and the supplementary social security and tax payment certificates cannot be used as effective procedures for buying a house and settling down.

Legal basis: Interim Measures for the Administration of Household Registration Migration in Gu 'an County.

Fifth urban residents within the jurisdiction of our county can apply for their spouses, children, parents and grandchildren to transfer their household registration to cities and towns with relevant procedures.

Rural residents in the jurisdiction of our county can apply for their spouses and minor children to move their household registration into the countryside with relevant procedures.

Article 6 The following persons with legally stable residences may apply for transfer of household registration:

(a) the unified recruitment of national civil servants or career personnel, I can move to registered permanent residence with the recruitment procedures and transfer procedures issued by the organization and personnel department;

(two) the personnel of the provincial units can be transferred to registered permanent residence by the personnel procedures issued by the department with the right of personnel deployment.

(3) Self-employed individuals who have been legally registered by the industrial and commercial departments, paid taxes continuously for five years and participated in social endowment insurance continuously for two years can move to registered permanent residence with their business licenses, tax payment certificates and social security certificates.
