What do you mean by creating ice?

500g of cooked plums, 450ml of water, and 0/50g of sugar/kloc-. Six people.

Making:

1. Put the plums into the pot and add 150ml of water. Cover and stew for 10 minutes or until the plums are soft.

2. Pour the remaining water into another thick-bottomed pot. Add sugar, heat it with low fire and stir it from time to time to dissolve all the sugar. After boiling for a few minutes, pour the syrup into a bowl, set aside and let it cool completely, then cover it and refrigerate.

3. Crush the cooked plums in the pot with a wooden spoon and remove the core. Filter the fruit and juice into a large bowl, squeeze and filter with the back of a spoon, and remove the peel and stone from the filter screen.

4. Mix the juice and syrup, then pour into the ice cream machine and stir until it can be scooped up with a spoon. If shaved ice is made by hand, pour plum juice into a shallow plastic bucket or similar antifreeze container, add syrup and freeze for 6 hours. Beat once or twice to form ice crystals.

5. Serve in a goblet or plate.
