1. The huge differences in mold specifications and quality require completely different manufacturing methods and procedures, as well as completely different processing equipment.

7. Extruder heads have various types, complex structures and high assembly accuracy. In addition to special processing methods and equipment, special fixtures, cutters and special heat treatment methods are needed.

In order to improve the quality and service life of the die, in addition to selecting reasonable materials and optimizing design, it is necessary to adopt excellent heat treatment process and surface strengthening treatment process to obtain moderate die hardness and high surface quality, which is particularly important for difficult-to-extrude products with particularly complicated shapes and dies with special structures.
