School history: Taizhou Open University, formerly known as Taizhou Radio and TV University, was founded in 1979 and is one of the first demonstration TV universities in China. 1979 1 was founded by Taizhou regional administrative office, originally named as Zhejiang Radio and TV University Taizhou Branch. 1March, 983, the school became one of 85 learning centers in China, with 4 in the whole province.
